Spinning

Spinning is a high intensity, low impact, aerobic exercise class. It is the ultimate group bicycle ride because no one gets left behind. You work at your own pace under the supervision of the instructor. Spinning can be used to maintain or even increase your own fitness level.

Recommended for class: small towel & 20oz of water.
