This course is designed for those who wish to improve their fitness level. Regardless of the participants’ current status, activities will be introduced to improve fitness level, increase muscle tone, and increase endurance. Participants will discover their power by experiencing stretching exercises, cardio, strength training, abdominal/core exercises, and other forms of fitness activities. Many of the activities will use personal body weight as resistance; however, various free weights and fitness equipment will also be used. Power in 10 reps. Power in 10 minute intervals. Regardless, “get your power on in 10!” Please bring a yoga mat.
