We invite you to join us for morning hatha yoga! We will be practicing a range of yoga sequences, pranayama (breathwork) and asanas (poses). We will also take time to explore meditation to set the tone and prepare us for the day ahead. Start your day off mindfully with this chill yoga practice! Please bring your own yoga mat.
