Join us for this two-part workshop where you will learn how to take the next step in your life, build confidence and self-esteem, use creative problem solving and re-train your brain for success. The first session is about recognizing and silencing negative “self-talk.” Negative thoughts can stifle creativity, reduce self-esteem, and sabotage efforts to become more successful. During the second session you will learn to re-train your brain for success, and how to turn negative thoughts into positive affirmations using creative right-brain techniques.
