June 10—Lunch, June 17 —Desserts

Camp Instructor: Chef Robert Wilson & Chef Jeff Fairbanks
Cost: $30 per session

The first Friday the Chefs will teach campers how to make lunch for themselves. There will be a dessert included. For the second session they will focus on desserts but lunch will be provided. The RLC Culinary Arts Instructors will teach campers the basics to begin cooking safely. The instructors will also stress the importance of food sanitation; clean hands, utensils and work space. Campers will learn how to cook lunch for themselves and maybe even surprise others with their dessert making skills! Campers will be taking home samples of their creations!
