Yoga is a practice geared to strengthening, stretching, restoring, and toning your body. Yoga promotes both, physical and mental well-being. You will be lead through a variety of poses (asana) through a vinyasa/yin style of yoga. Yoga practice has been known to reduce stress, improve sleep habits, relieve pain, promote a healthy life style, improve balance and much more! Yoga practice is for anyone at any age. If you have a medical condition, it is always best to seek the advice of a medical provide before engaging in any type of physical activity. Participants should bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks may also be helpful, but are not required.
