How to Grow & Prepare Fall Vegetables

Join a University of Illinois Extension Master Gardener to learn the basics of how to grow vegetables in gardens/raised beds. We will discuss how to identify, harvest, and prepare your fresh fall vegetables. Then, RLC Chef Jeff Fairbanks will discuss the preparations of culinary herbs on fall vegetables. Extend your culinary experience during an interactive demonstration by Chef Fairbanks on how to prepare dishes using fresh vegetables that are grown locally.
